Most parcels are matched to a rider within a couple of minutes and delivered within 20 to 45 minutes depending on distance and traffic. You'll see an estimated arrival time before you confirm, and it updates live as your rider moves.

Every order has a code shown only to you. Give it to the rider when they arrive. They can't complete the delivery without it, which makes sure your item reaches the right person.

Yes. When sending a parcel you can pick a nearby rider based on distance, rating and ETA. If your chosen rider is unavailable, we automatically offer the job to the next nearest rider.

Illegal items, weapons, flammable or hazardous materials, live animals and large sums of cash are not allowed. Riders may decline packages that look unsafe or don't match what was described.

You can cancel any time before the rider picks up your item. If a rider has already been assigned, a small cancellation fee (₦300) may apply. Everything else is refunded to your wallet.

Yes. Choose a time at least 30 minutes ahead when you book. We'll place the order and start looking for a rider at the scheduled time.

A valid ID, your vehicle's registration and (for motorised vehicles) a riding or driving licence, plus a smartphone. Upload them in the app after signing up and our team will review within about a day.

Riders receive 80% of each delivery fee plus 100% of tips. Use the earnings calculator on the Ride with us page to estimate what you could make based on trips per day and distance.

When you're online, you receive offers for nearby jobs with a countdown timer. Accept before it expires or it goes to the next rider. You can decline without penalty.

Earnings are added to your balance as soon as each delivery is completed. You can request a payout to your bank account once your balance is at least ₦1,000.

Bikes, kekes (tricycles), cars and vans. Each has its own fare table and maximum load.

Apply online with your business details, then add your menu and opening hours. Once our team approves your application you can switch to Open and start receiving orders.

A flat 15% of item sales on completed orders. There are no listing or monthly fees, and cancelled or refunded orders cost you nothing.

BitBite riders. A rider is dispatched as soon as you accept an order, so they arrive around the time your food is ready. You never manage riders or delivery fees.

Your earnings, net of commission, are added to your vendor balance when an order is delivered. Request a payout to your bank account whenever your balance reaches ₦1,000.

Top up your wallet and pay for orders instantly. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your wallet, and you can see every transaction in your history.

No. Your fare is shown before you pay: base fare, distance, time, any surge in busy zones, and a small service fee. Food orders show delivery and service fees separately.

Enter a code at checkout and the discount is applied instantly if you qualify. Some codes are for first orders, specific vendors or free delivery.

Set a monthly budget for your company and an allowance for each team member. When they choose 'Business account' at checkout, spend is checked against both limits.

Yes. Create a schedule for daily or weekly meals, pick the vendor and delivery address, and orders are placed automatically at the right time.

Generate an invoice for any period. It lists every order per member, and once your finance team transfers the payment you can mark it as paid.
